By completing this booking and the accompanying Consent Forms (sent in your confirmation email), the participant/parent/guardian confirms that:

• The participant has the social skills and maturity to take part safely with other young people.
• They will take responsibility for themselves and follow staff instructions.
• The participant is in good general health and able to take part in adventurous and sometimes strenuous activities.

Medical Information:

• Any pre-existing injuries, illnesses, or learning difficulties must be declared.
• Any changes in health between booking and course start must be reported.
• Participants must ensure the course activities are within their capabilities.
